To my knowledge, and after a quick search, I am not aware of any Software Suite for testing Anti-Virus and such. I would say the best way to test your system would be to create your group policies to now allow for executables being run in the temp directory as stated in numerous CryptoLocker proactive defense articles, and test it by putting an executable (not a malware exe) into a zip file, and try executing it, or putting it directly in the temp folder. I will agree that it probably isn't the best idea to "Infect" your systems with even benign versions of malware due to the possibility of something going awry that you do not foresee.
I don't quite understand the point of what you posted TFL, other than to say yes such software does or does not exist to your knowledge. It's your prerogative, but as for asking for Spiceheads for assistance or answers. No big deal if you don't want to share, though. So, I assume you have developed a test tool based on your wording. Really sorry if this is not the answer you want. I really hope you do not take offence here as definitely none is intended. I do not think it appropriate to ask for, or expect Spiceheads to give it to you. Serious damage to yourself and anyone else. If I were to help you and ship you a copy of this, You could do a lot of damage.
I am very reluctant to help here - which I hope you can understand.
